Condition for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without postal labels. Please ensure items are free from marks, makeup, fragrances, and animal hair.

Returns:
Returns are processed for an Ardire store credit, valid for any future purchases on our website. The Store credit is valid up to one year, allowing you the flexibility to choose the right item for you.
Shipping Fees:
- Returns: A nominal fee of $4 is deducted from your store credit for return shipping costs. This fee helps us maintain our sustainable shipping practices.
Special Conditions:
- Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Ship Your Return:
Please package your items securely and include the original invoice or order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Receive Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification. Once approved, a store credit will be issued to your account in the form of a digital gift card.
