Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

US Priority Shipping 2-4 Business Days

You may upgrade to priority Shipping for a flat rate of $13.95. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

US Express Shipping 1-2 Business Days

You may upgrade to Express Shipping for a flat rate of $23.95. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Store Credit Return Policy

First, thank you so much for your business. We truly hope you love your items as much as we do! In the event they don’t work for you, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer store credit for returns that meet the conditions outlined below.

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

  • Please note-Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit

Process for Returning Items

Receive Return Instructions:

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Ship Your Return:

Please package your items securely and include the original invoice or order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Receive Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification. Once approved, a store credit will be issued to your account in the form of a digital gift card.

Additional Info

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return once it has been received.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and use your store credit to place a new order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or issuing store credit.
